An open floor takes a chair wheel over the same square metre a thousand times a week. Wear rating and acoustic performance decide the tile long before the pattern does.
Circulation and stairs carry the tightest requirement in the building. Send the drawings and we will specify against them rather than leaving you to check it.
Floors go down overnight, floor plate by floor plate. Tell us the phasing and we will schedule delivery against it rather than dropping the whole order at once.
Server and technical rooms need load rating and a serviceable void. It is specified alongside the M and E drawings, not with the carpet.

It is set by the authority having jurisdiction for the building. Get the requirement from the consultant in writing and we will specify against it; each collection states its class on the product page and the sheet.

The traffic the construction was built to take. Heavy commercial has a denser pile and tighter tuft for corridors and receptions; general commercial suits cellular offices and lighter areas.
Yes. That is the advantage of tile over broadloom. Order attic stock with the main order so a replacement comes from the same dye lot.
