Fitting out a property that never closes

Floors go down overnight, corridor by corridor. What that means for phasing, delivery and the size of each drop.

Long hotel corridor with patterned carpet and wall lights

Most hotel refurbishments happen while the hotel is trading. That changes how a floor is specified, how it is delivered and how it is fitted.

Small drops, not one large one

A live property has nowhere to store a full order. Deliveries are sized to what can be fitted in a night and scheduled floor by floor, so nothing waits in a corridor.

Work that finishes by morning

Loose lay carpet tile needs no adhesive and no curing time. A corridor can be cleared after midnight and be walkable by breakfast.

Search by product code too. CP250, HG500 or WA1308 will take you straight to the sheet.
